I build and operate AI agents, voice assistants and automation every day, for my own companies and for clients. On xheart.tv I publish what I learn: what holds up in production, what it costs to run, and what does not work.

How I work

• Start with one process, not a transformation programme.
• Set the target before anything is built, and measure against it.
• Agents get a defined job, logs and a person to hand off to.
• If AI is not the right fix, I say so.

I define the blueprint. My team builds the systems and keeps them running, so you deal with one point of contact from the first conversation to production.
